Knee and Hip Replacements, Bariatric Surgery, Colorectal Surgeries, Dental Implants, or Cosmetic Gynecology, we can offer you a date within a couple of weeks of making your first contact.

No Language and Communication Barriers; We have served over 30,000 patients from over 193 countries. Our staff drawn from x nationalities speak y languages with the most common languages spoken being Arabic, Bengali, English, Farsi, French, Hindi, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Urdu. You will not face any communication barriers and we will ensure that a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) is assigned to take you through the whole experience. On demand, we will also provide translators and provide medical translations of documents and consents.

• Contact Us- Contact MEDSTAR either through the form below or by dropping us an email at dxh@medstarhc.com sharing contact details and your query

• We will Reach Out to You- Within one business day, one of our Medical Tourism SPOC’s will get in touch with you on email or phone to understand your problem and share possible solutions

• Medical Record Submission- Keep your old medical records handy, we will be asking for these details on email. Upon receipt of medical records, the doctor will evaluate them and inform through the SPOC should any additional tests be done.

• Secure video conferencing with relevant specialist. At this point of time, we charge USD 50 for a video consultation payable online

• Treatment Plan and Quotation- Our doctor will evaluate your medical records and suggest a possible treatment plan with an approximate cost.

• Finalization of Plan and Travel to Dubai- Once you finalize the date and schedule of your surgery, you will need to pay a non-refundable 20% advance on the surgery to book your slot. We understand that visitors from certain geographies need supporting documentation and are able to provide the same.

• Arrival in Dubai and Pre-Surgery Meeting- Within 24 hours of your arrival in Dubai, you will meet your physician, and undergo the Pre-Anaesthesia Check (PAC). You will have to pay the remaining procedure fees before the PAC.

• Surgery/ Procedure Day- You will arrive at the Hospital early in the morning the day after your PAC results. By 0900 you will be starting your procedure. Meanwhile, your family members can wait in our waiting lounge. Your SPOC is at hand to assist them. By late morning/ early afternoon, post completion of surgery, you will be moving to one of our recovery rooms. Your doctor will visit you later and by early evening you will be able to go to your hotel

• Post-Surgery Follow-up- A couple of days post-surgery you will visit your doctor for a follow-up. At this time, you will receive your final prescription medicines and recommendations for follow-up.

• Travel Back Home- We hope that your stay would have been fruitful with MEDSTAR. You can choose whether to spend a few days enjoying all that Dubai has to offer with your family.

Inclusions- The costs shared by us will cover PAC, Surgery and Hospital Stay costs.

Exclusions- All pre-medical tests, translation costs, travel and stay costs, medications and post-surgery aids. Should you need help on any of these topics, the same can be arranged with advance notice and charged at actuals.

Exceptions- If during the PAC, you are diagnosed with any pre-existing conditions or infectious diseases (like HIV, Hepatitis), then as per UAE government rules, the surgery will not be carried out. In these conditions, your payments will be refunded to you less 10% service fees and cost of tests and procedures carried out till that time.
